Admissions Requirements

The following are required for admission to postulancy at St. Mary’s Abbey:

1. A completed application.
2. Recent physical exam records.
3. Baptismal and confirmation records.
4. Official transcripts from schools attended, including high school, university, graduate, and/or postgraduate school.
5. Five (5) letters of recommendation as prescribed in the application.

The following are required for admission to novitiate at St. Mary’s Abbey:

1. Completion of postulancy.
2. Psychological wellness exam.
3. Letter to the abbot requesting admission.
